Great band, horrible vocalist. The guy before this singer was the guy who went on to front Dangerous Toys.Progressive Metal never caught on, i personally think it was the horrid Geoff Tate wanna b's that populate the progressive scene, even today.

Actually you must've seen them in 1990 coz that's the only time WatchTower ever toured Europe. Coroner were the openers at the time. What a double bill!

I agree. Watchtower might use very complicated and fast beats, but it simply doesn't sound good to my ears. DT does that too, but it amost always sounds good. (Solo masturbating ftl though)Also, it seems to my ears (Admittedly I have not heard many songs) that the songs are not very different from each other. Iron Maidenish but more technical.

Yup, Ron Jarzombek is my music teacher, he's been teaching me since I was 15, now I'm 17, still taking lessons from him, I never get bored at all even with all the music theory stuff he teaches me. :)It's alright man, you're english is fine, you have a great taste in music.

Also I like: Confessor, Mekong Delta, Atheist, Forbidden, Morgoth,Pestilence, Cynic (my favorite ones),Sadus, Disharmonic Orchestra, Death, Pungent Stench, Exit 13, Pyogenesis, Messhuggah, Morbid Angel, and a very long etcetera.
