All told, Obamas political mentor Bill Ayers and Weatherman were responsible for 30 bombings aimed at destroying the defense and security infrastructures of the U.S. "I don't regret setting bombs, said Ayers in 2001, "I feel we didn't do enough."

Insults make poor arguments. Indeed, if what you imply about the bass and drums were true, there wouldn't be need of jazz piano trios at all, and Bill Evans would have made poor choices by performing with bass players and drummers and giving them solo time. He didn't make poor choices, and therefore, what you imply about bass and drums is false. The piano is certainly a beautiful, complex and powerful instrument, and can stand alone in performance. But jazz piano trios are great!

Bullshit! What is the definition of a drummer? A guy who likes to hang out with MUSICIANS. What do you call a bass player who breaks up with his girlfriend? Answer: homeless. "The piano is a monster."--Sevogia It is the most complex and powerful of all instruments by far. CASE CLOSED

I think that's unfair. In a modern jazz piano trio, all three musicians should be the focus.

No. He was a muscian, an excellent one. He wasn't a god.

He was a great muscian, not a god.

That you say? which were the best partners in their mythical trio, as much in the doublebass as in the drums, according to your opinion |
