thanks heaps for this video it really helped, I groomed my mini sh today and he looks great. Just a little question, actually more like a suggestion, could you please post another video explaining 1. how to best trim the groin area (male dogs) and 2. how to train/drug/cheat/bribe the dog to be as steady and peaceful as your model. Who is by the way beautiful. Cheers :))))

Great lesson! Thanks a lot! My Schnauzer won't sit for the groomer any longer and all they want to do is shave him completely. I want to start grooming him myself. This video helps SO much.

did i say u were?no. i didnt mean2 offend anyone i was jst saying that even though these things like tail docking are done when pups are very young is it really necessary?im sure u love ur schnauzers and glad im theyv bn rescued to a good home. more people should rescue unwanted dogs.good4 u!i jst wish they would leave the dogs ears and tails alone in ur country.

While you may oppose cropped ears and tails, many of us rescued our schnauzers this way and love them. Just be careful who you are scolding for these actions. Even owners who have "ornamental" schnauzers aren't always the ones responsible for them being that way.
