1st- DIs get paid to weaken the recruits,so is their job to do this stuff.2nd-That's the dumbest recruit ever , he's supposed to say "Attention on Deck" when the CO or any superior officer enter the room , this is probably why he got yelled at!!...Dumbass!!!!
