Left wing? Not really. Anyway, 2/3 of this song is NOT Enigma's work (the drum beat is sampled from Led Zeppelin also), and they didn't give credit to their sources.

typical left wing propoganda. The issue isnt that simple. Enigma bought the taiwanese chant from a French historian who had recorded it in the 1970s. The taiwanese heard themselves singing a big 20 years later that they didnt know they had made and saw dollar sings. Pretty opportunist, dont youthink?

The chanting part was actually ripped off a CD of indigenous Taiwanese festival music. Unfortunately for Enigma this song became so well-known worldwide that the people who made that CD found out about it and sued for a cut of the royalties.They settled out of court eventually, but it was kind of dickish of Enigma to just insert someone else's music and voice into their song, don't you think?
