Many people comment that Radiohead were heavily influenced by Pink Floyd and Buckley on this song, among others.Have they been "influenced" by these bands or are they simply and successfully applying the same level of musical genius to understand and use musical instruments to beautiful effect?Discuss :)

I'm not sure if this was Thom's intention for the meaning of this song, but I feel like this song is about how we so naive to the outcomes of our actions. I feel that this song centralizes around the idea that we are ultimately running this world dry and that despite doing so, we will look for another place to do the same.
