no it's like fotzenkopfdreher said. bodo saw a beautiful girl and asked her for having sex with him. then he realised that he asked his own girlfriend who was operated the other day and so she got angry because bodo didn't seem to be loyal.

I think it's the other way round: He wanted to ask his own girlfriend for sex, but then he realised it wasn't her. That's why he got a black eye in the end.

yeah, her father always changes her looks and bodo sometimes mistakes his girlfriend for other women. one time he asked her, if she wants to have sex with him, but he didn't know, that he asked his own girlfriend. that was embarrassing, he sings. ;) that's why he always aks her for her name, before he's kissing her...

he's singing about his girlfriend, and what a extraordinary beautiful girl she is, because her father is a plastic surgeon. and in the final strophe he says, that her name is "Klaus" (male name), but it' doesn't matter to him, because she's so damn goodlooking ;-)
