He has no idea what Power is. Anyone that has basic electronic knowledge has been taught OHM'S law. Power equals Voltage times amperage. So he states it has 50,000 volts and under an amp. Assume it is only half an amp. With this formula of power that would be 25,000 WATTS! Totally would kill any human being! So obviously this cop doesn't know shit about the equipment he is using. BTW i have a degree in electronics and use it on a daily basis. Beware of cops with tasers!
