It's actually KIPELOV & Victor Smolski not vise versa. He was just guest guitarist on this album and did few gigs with them that's all.

I don't thik there is a BEST guitarrist, given music is not a competition... but they don't get any better than victor :P

yeah this video is very well....but there are better guitarists than victor smolsky.......so don#t think that he is the best...they ae alkl good but all in their way and style...^^
