Once had a call from user about IT problem. Part of fix was to click an icon on her desktop....she said "What is the desktop?". This really happened.

When I worked on a helpdesk I launched into exactly what Moss said and when I finished saying "you don't want to end up in the middle of invalid memory" she said "Oh no you wouldn't want that" in as serious a voice she could ever put on!
