This is the Bulova Millennia 96C21 Perpetual Calendar Minute Repeater watch with 2 time zones. It's a super high quality quartz movement which was originally made by Citizen back in the early 1990s. This movement is controlled by Citizens OEM department, not by Miyota (the Citizen-owned movement maker in Japan)

I prefer mechanical movement, not quartz. It's cheap in my opinion. The perpetual calander pocket watches and wrist watches are some of the real gems, and cost $20,000-125,000

Yeah, I know what ya mean. Complicated watches like this are not for everyone.

The Bulova Sea King is A great watch. I have one too. I think it was Bulova's answer to the Omega Sea Master. I love the way the winding rotor ticks as you move your wrist.

Meh, I'll just stick to the digital clock on my cell phone.
