I agree, this chap has spent a total of 11 years in gulags, and that's stoicism for you. Of course this doesn't mean that he will be right on everything, but the man has had first hand experience with dictatorial society, structures, methods, and institutions. Who else should one pay heed to on the subject of liberty and oppression?

Nope those integration plans were panned by hitler HE DID NOT SUPPORT THOSE PLANS. Chrchill and eisnerower did support european unity hitler did not. You are bad bad judge of history and chracter you support hitler's dream. Churchill was ahero who saved us from the nazis.

But Hitler had plans for Europe, had he won: the Economic European Community. Plus, Churchill said of Hitler that the only thing he did wrong was not to want to leave the international bankers their share of benefits. Churchill was in favour of gassing minorities as well. I'm afraid you're not a very judge of character. Pick your heroes more wisely zzedlqdigl

Hitler says In Mein Kampf Hitler says "Should one State preserve its national strength and its national greatness the empire of the Jewish satrapy, like every other tyranny, would have to succumb to the force of the national idea." So support the EU. : Hitler agreed with the euroskeptics. Eisnehower and Churchill supported the EU.

You people, need to start asking questions to your decisionmakers, what organisations they are swearing oaths to, what the agendas of the organisations are, or your children will be next, NO JOKE!!!!

Vladimir Bukovsky it is not actual. Its ideas have remained in time of "cold war". These are horror stories for the sake of money

the sheer magnitude of the irony of this situation is just ridiculous - the western countries which were scared of nukes coming during the cold war and the reds coming to get them are now asleep and drifting blindly toward it, and even worse the eastern countries that just got free from the soviet union are running toward a european union... what a joke
