good drugs guide says lsd is reltivly safe less toxic than vitamin c and that flashbacks occur in 2% of cases usually invoving persons predisposed to schizophrenia. drugs are a cultural part of society and should be handled as a public health issue as recommended by science. p.s that kid is probably safe and healthy.
