recovering and building up does make you strong, you idiot. the creatine itself may not make you stronger, but the results of taking it do. it makes you recover and build faster, making you stronger faster.

it's not the ROIDS that give you the high-pitched voice.steroids are pretty much pure testosterone. your bpody must produce more estrogen to try to keep your hormones balanced when you pump yourself full of testosterone. it's not the steroids that do it. it's the increase in estrogen. you do go impotent due to testicle shrinkage. your testicles no longer need to produce testosterone because you're already getting more than you need, so they don't work anymore.

The problem with that it doesnt work in traditional martial arts that requires 6-7 years of training before you learn more advanced tecniques. Training 1 year and quitting for another style wont work. Rather become master at 1 style than a padawan of 10 styles ;)

eat a LOT of protein and train hard. i'm 6' and i weigh 170. with martial arts, i went from 130 up to the weight i am now. and i don't lift weights. train in multiple styles too. each martial art has different techniques, making you use and build different muscles in different ways. i've trained in american kickboxing, muay-thai, boxing, jiu-jitsu, okinawan kempo, kyushu-jitsu, and taekwondo. renmember: don't just try to master one thing. try multiple styles. you will be stronger and better. |
