Anybody think the massage chairs (The ones you see at malls and airport, or any big modern public area) could do the same job as actually getting a back massage? I've used the chair, but have not yet had a massage by a person.

Dearsloppiejoe87.Thank you for comment.I have good news for you. soon will be available my self treatmentDVD. I adjusted most of this technique that you see, for self mobilization. most likely after utilization of self massage, "where your back hurts and knots" will go away. Best wishes.Boris problem.

I think it's only in so many videos because it's so big. It extends pretty far down your back.

Dear kaelhbk,Effleurage, a French word meaning "to skim" or "to touch lightly on", is a series of massage strokes used in massage to warm up the muscle before implementing other massage work. This is a soothing, stroking movement used at the beginning and the end of the facial and/or body massage. It is also used as a linking move between the different strokes and movements.Michael G.
