It's still trespassing, no matter how you justify it. Not cool at all.I'd like to introduce you to some of my brothers in the locomotive who have seriously injured or killed people who were trespassing on railway property... or even some of their families, since quite a few of them can't take the pain and end up taking their own lives -- all because someone decided to use railway property as a shortcut, a walking path or otherwise decided that the danger isn't real. Just stay off the tracks.

Hey, I'm sure you're a reasonable guy--so am I. Not speaking for what anyone else does, and this isn't even my video. But with my cart I was always extremely on the look out for trains, hi-rails, and anything else. We only went at night so we could see oncoming lights easier, and the cart was so light and slow you could clear the track in a heartbeat. Traffic was slow because it was in a helper district. Not saying you're not right from a common view, but we were very concerned about being safe.

hard to believe you would still trespass after seeing someone hit by a train,look im not gonna start some bullshit flame, just find a small railroad, ask them permission, tell them you will sign a release waiver and have all the fun you want, I work for a railroad, and my machine isnt as loud as a locomotive, you walk 40 feet away and you cant hear it anymore, but I can still go 30 mph, and I for one wouldnt like to meet that contraption on a curve. Also, raise it up some, too low for crossings.
