This is insane. All of their songs have so many twists and turns and they can still keep it all together live. They even take the liberty of improving and still keep together on the pre-written song. I mean improving a guitar solo in a 4 man band is one thing, but with all those instruments they have to each follow eachother in some way or else one of them will mess up the sound.

This is my favourite video of the Mars Volta.I think it is because of the juxtaposition of the insanity that happens on stage against the motionless crowd.Also because it gives me a boner.
