Tough to clone a song if it came out first isn't it? Maybe you should look that up, because Hey Man, Nice Shot by Filter was a clone of Stabbing Westward's stuff.

Dude, Stuart Zechman (original guitarist) played in both Filter AND Stabbing Westward and wrote that riff, so he was allowed to use it wherever he wanted.
