NO give me a break. how about banning outsourcing and keeping the jobs in the USA. there are experienced people here that can troubleshoot a pc over the phone without reading a script and actually help the customer instead of pissing them off more.the problem is that scubbags like DELL dont want to pay people what they are worth so they outsource to the middle east and fund the terrorists and help other scum like GWB and the DICK

Lets forget about how racist that sounds for just one second and think about how ignorant it is too...The overseas call centers are in India where 80% of the population is HINDU!!! not muslim which is about 13%...And just cause they're muslim don't mean they're terrorists...give me a break
