Probably cause people like to hear harmonics sustaining for a long time, so it's good to hear them ring ..well, not even 'out', but just ring. I'm sure it plays will with anything else, it's just what you want to use it for.

im confused. on here it says dave uses fernandes guitars, but in the interview w/ dunlop tv it says he uses gibsons
