I was a bit bored by it but having lived in capitals - London, Paris, Madrid, Warsaw and Moscow - it was a bit of a come down. But now I have left, sometimes I miss it (but not often).

The road sign - Norwich - A Fine City!! I thought it a bit of joke the first time I saw it!I remember the one about 'I have been looking for you all over Milton Keynes.....'!!!!!!!!!

I love Norwich too, but this just needs a cheesy commentary to turn it into one of those hideous 1960s promotional films - "Come to Norwich, a great place to live, work and play....."

22 years in Norwich and I'm bored of it. ;)Least this video didn't glamourise the city or put it down in any way. Shown exactly as is. Well apart from the Market is sorted out now.Good ole' Naaaarwich.

This has made me realise what I am missing .. or missed. I knew nothing of the curry wars nor the the Pie and Pea stall.Maybe I ought to go back... I still have a house there!!!!

I loved living in Norwich. Eateries . . . Reggies Pie and Pea stall in the Market, Pinoccio's . . . Miss that, The Waffle House. I left when the curry wars were on in '96. We used to go the the Bombay on Timber Hill twice a week. I miss our local too, the coach and horses on Thorpe Road. I also miss the Theatre Royal, it was superb after the refit and we saw many great shos there . . . maybe one day I'll go back too!
