First of all you know nothing of my personal taste. And the two songs that I mentioned, "Wonderful" & Never Had A Love Like this Before", are just as soulful as their earlier work.

If your tastes are so low, what can I say? Anyway, at that time, people and black people were so fed up with tavares that they gave thzem up : not soul enough, too much crossover. A kinda like lionel ritchie. They wanted to please white audience so bad they lost black soul in their song. Obvious. Just listen to their music. It changed so much from 1975
