That will turn the generator and hydrogen OFF. The answer is to simply control the amp draw. Heat is perfectly fine and in fact, beneficial to the process (as I now know)

mount a thermostat control to the body ofthe hydrogen generator wire it into the supply voltage. it will become self regulating.

When the electrolyte heats up, it becomes more conductive. That is the only issue. It is the same issue with all generators. The trick is to simply control the heat, or control the amp draw.

Hello friend, yes I agree you had a run away fuel cell. What I found works best to solve this problem is get the water to its normal temperature inside your car. Then add your electrolyte to the amperage you want to run at. I'm guessing that when the water heats up it can dissolve more of the electrolyte and cell then can push more amps.

If you don't mind me asking, What did you have to do about your O2 sen... ? I have been told you need to hook up something to it or you will get bad milage because of the amount of O2 coming out the Exhaust?

There is nothing at all bad about baking soda. However, KOH and NAOH are DRAIN CLEANERS and will burn holes in your clothes, blind you , kill your kids if they get into it, and de-molecularize the aluminum block in your engine. Aluminum hyper-oxydizes in the presence of KOH and turns into Hydrogen + Aluminum Oxide......quickly

IM new to playing with this. What are you talking about when say koh & naoh? And what is bad about baking soda? Thanks for any help.
