Sorry about that question, I looked at the video again and you said that set two was a bit hotter and had a higher gain sound than set one. Are they the main differences between the two sets?

Set One uses a fatter magnet wire, set Two uses a thinner magnet wire. Small difference but big difference in tones....

I'd totally buy these pups, I'm thinking ofthese or a a Seymour Duncan JB in the bridge and a Seymour Duncan Jazz in the neck, plus they both work out at about the same price for me in Aust. Opinions anyone?

you're right , cheap recording, off camera and straight into a Mac with nothing added, on top of that YouTube compresses the heck out of the video and audio. Not much I can do about that. My prototype set Two is out on tour with a pro now and he doesn't want to give them back, he's addicted to them... |
