Certainly the most poignant life performance I've ever seen. His rant is poetic in itself.

The people that lay dead & injured in Enniskillen were Irish. British Irish Ulster men & women as i am.Fair play to U2 for recognizing that fact. The so called none sectarian ira ,sinn fein army were seen for what they were at long last .Just that , a republican sectarian murder gang.I hope now After 9 11 those 3rd 4th & 5th generation Irish Americans realize as Bono did that fact .Ulster will remain Ulster until all her people decide .6 not 9.not bombs nor bullets.

I bet some people in the crowd felt the message was directed to them.
