petco, you ought to be ashamed, i went into one of your stores today and saw that the reptiles and their enclosures were in unacceptable conditions, the reptiles had no heat source whatsoever "which is crucial for there survival" cages were at 65 degrees, which is way below the corrects temps, cages were full of feces, no clean water, absolutely unacceptable.

Yeah, I'm sorry. I wish that our policy was more than 15 days. I'll admit, it is stupid. I am an employee at petco, so I do my best listening to feedback of customers. That is really not good. The Petco you go to must have incompetent workers and uncaring employees. As for me, I luckily get to work around great and caring co-workers and I always put the animals first. ^_^

Don't buy pets at petco. We bought 2 ferrets and they died We swore we would never buy a pet from them again, until my daughter said she wanted a ginnea pig for easter. We waited until the day before and went to Petsmart. They were sold out. So we went to Petco because they had a few. So we bought one and it has not been a month and it died last night. I called them and the man says sorry, there is a 15 day policy. I said my daughter would really love that. Anyways stay away from pets at petco.
