It doesn't use an Microsoft OS it can't as no MS OS is certified for mission critical applications.If anything it runs QNX,VX works or some real time Linux or BSD derived operating system.

It's that laser scanner that made the thing even possible as it presents the 3d information in a form thats easy for a computer to understand.Though I hope never ever make the gun work autonomously as that would have the same problems land mines have in that it would attack civilians.But the vehicle platform in how the wheels are mounted on those swing arms would make a great lunar or mars rover it would be far more capable then anything else being planned.

god people, just chill, scientist are making it so we can save our soldier's lives, my older brother is in the army, and he almost got killed, during a supply escort, thats why we need vehicles like these. |
