What displacement is this now? Still 4.0L? I've owned a Lexus SC400 with this V8 and also the Toyota badged Twin Turbo 6cyl model. Very amazing engines! Quad cams back in 1994...and to think some of the big V8 engines these days still run pushrods. :D

It's a Lexus V8. Doesn't sound a damn bit like a Lexus, tho, does it? It's because it's still a 90º V8 and that gives them all a very throaty sound. |
