this was shelley duvall's "ace ventura"...with no help from what should have been an able cast, w/o any real script, direction (ahem!), or clues, she took it upon HERSELF to try to save that film ... and almost (but not quite, through no fault of her own) pulled it off. It was good preperation for the shining...

I saw this in the theatre as a kid and remember not liking it very much. I might appreciate it a bit more today, but the music really does drag.
