This song expressed my despair as we dug in deeper during the Iraqi war and the Bush administration... it expressed my sadness and love for the young men and women in harms way. And I even know of the field at the end where the boots are lined up, my sister is also a N.H. farmer. Now we have Barack Obama and like the two people who posted above me another great mind and good man who might help us "find a place to go". Thank you my fellow citizens!

I love Robert Cray, and I love our men and women fighting for what is right. I want them back too. I hate to see them in harms way. But, if you need to know what you are fighting for... remember the thousands Saddam killed and torutured on a regular basis. Ask their families how they feel about you... I'm sure you will get some purpose then. Don't worry about whatever president is in office - you have done great deeds.

Really nice to see someone so great put your feelings down in words. This sums up the current mood of the world pretty well i'd say

This video is simply amazing. Clearly shows that no one wins in a war. There's so many empty boots. And empty lives.

I love Robert Cray. We own everything he's released and seen him twice live. He's an amazing artist and this song is just beautiful.
