It helps using a base: foundation, are actually buy a base.And half way though the day take your powder and brush any fall off of.

OH and for help with your lashes... try looking up (ebay is cheapest) "mavala double-lash". I was looking for something to help with my lash growth because before i found the almay eye makeup remover, my lashes were getting ripped out basically trying to get my waterproof mascara off. my lashes were thin so i tried the mavala stuff after seeing really amazing reviews. it works really well and most of my lashes already grew back after like 3months. its really worth it.. i think i paid (US) $10 :)

im sure you already have an amazing eye makeup remover, but if not, i got the almay moisturizing eye makeup remover it has aloe, cucumber & green tea and it makes my eyes feel so nicee :) its really gentle and it works so well. i wear waterproof mascara and it comes off no problem.
