What is the point this ad is making? That there is no such thing as beautiful people, they have all just been photo shopped? Is it trying to make plainer people feel better? It's a bit like those campaigns that tell 'real' women (whatever that is) to "embrace their curves" (rolls). Actually, slim women have curves. Curves disappear when you get fat.

When it comes to beauty 'never the twain shall meet'. Men love ugly women who flirt well, and equally they love beautiful women with no personality. Women love men who love them. What can you do?

the point of the commercial is to show that our perception of beauty is fucked.

Anyone who wouldn't realise that was a photo shopped image is a fool.
