I have absolutely no idea what you're trying to say. I guess your like 14 or something. One day, when you are older, maybe you'll be opened minded enough to realise that there's more to music than classic rock radio and also (if you're lucky) you'll discover that just becuase something is popular or has sold millions of copies doesn't make it good. Look at the current singles in the pop charts if you need proof.

I agree that folk music exists to be expanded upon; and if this was the only instance where Zeppelin had done something like this it wouldn't be as frustraing. But take the example of Bob Dylan's early sound being (massively) influenced by the Folk music of Woody Guthrie, Dylan always credited Guthrie and even wrote a song for/about the influence Guthrie had on him called 'song for woody'.

Zeppelin is fucking amazing man who are you. They are so good they could take someones song and make it 100 times better get paid r times as much. ya fag, this guy sucks at singing

Yes they did a bit of that and it would have been better if they had given credit more often but this is a traditional folk song. Page's arrangement is somewhat different and more basic.

It's amazing!!! It makes me feel as if Ian Anderson could be possibly singing Page's arrangement...I may be nuts...

Jimmy Page isn't even half the guitarist Jansch is. Zeppelin wouldn't piss me off so much if they actually credited the Artists who's music/melodies/arrangements and Lyrics they frequently stole.

its good but page made it better

Agreed, I assumed the amount he talked about Jansch and the fact that he called it Black Mountainside was enough. Obviously fuck him if he tries to palm it off as his although I always assumed it was assumed. I take your point though.
