take protein powder that has glutamine and amino acids (like optimum nutrition's 100% whey protein) it will help you recover. or take any amino acid supplement those are great for recovery.

you are so inspiring. i run track at my school, my main event is long jump and high jump, and im also trying to get faster to run the 200 and 100m this year, can you give me some workout plans, tips or anything, my dream is to be in the olympics. i am a junior in high school and my best long jump is 20 ft
