I totally agree that she is amazing in Stranger than Fiction as well as this. That film is horribly overlooked as I don't see or hear of many people talking about it outside the imdb website. Will Ferrell was also superb compared to his usual run of the mill comedies.

Emma Thomspon is such a fabulous actress Isn't she? She really makes you just feel so absolutely sorry for her. This scene, besides the one in "My Girl" where they have the funeral for that little boy, continues to make me cry whenever I watch it.

This is one of my favorite movies... can see it over n over n over again... sometimes makes me cry (and I am a guy :)Love this movie, and yes, it is full of 'best scenes'... it is a classic.. truly a classic
