Sorry to burst everyones bubble but back in the Cures "day" they wouldn't have reffered to themselves as Emo Lol..Music is always open to interpretation.Its similar to saying that Neil Young is Grunge.He influenced Kurt Cobain and was directly called the " grunge-father" by many in the 90's but that doesn't mean his music was grunge.Anyway thats just my two cents :DLove you all <3 ;-)

My Chemical Romance was influenced by The Cure...So if there was no Cure, there would be no Chemical Romance.

i wish i was there from the start unfortunatly i've only really discovered The Cure and they are brilliant. Forget stupid debates about emos or goths just enjoy the music!
