This has the more of a christmas feel to it and the other has more of a kick ass feel to it but that's just my opinion but defently a kick ass cover specially it takes some balls to take a song like that and make it a master peace like this!

As awesome as the Electric version, there's so much feeling in Acoustic playing, IDK which is better. Amazing, and definitely worthy of way more views than it has.
