punch power relies on velocity...and judging from his bulk i could probly punch harder than him lol...the only thing that would make him punch harder than me is the weight of his arm going foward

punch power is all about speed...the more velocity u generate, the more power is created...being as bulky as he is, he probly has less punch power than a fucking soccer player...the only thing that would generate power in his case is the weight of his arm..that's all he'd have going for him

Theres not even a debate here. Completely different fields. Once bodybuilders hit a certain size they continue to gain strength but lose athleticism in that they lose speed and mobility. Tyson would dummy Ronnie in the ring, but he might enjoy it, Ronnie's got alot more to bite than Evander.

I'm not talking about size, he's strong, so he can obviously hit hard, boxing requires skill to be good at, which he probably has none of, thats why he wouldn't win a professional boxing match

i dont know if size counts for punch power take a look at bob sapp his as big if not bigger than coleman ands his a k1 boxer, his been owned loads of times. but if ronnie got hold of you he would crush u to death man, serious. im going to put another mad question in, who would win arnold or ronnie in a arm wrestler lol
