Here is a good example of risk/benifit. A quick search to confirm no person is in the home.The fully involved roof was a probably lightweight truss roof therefore the evac and change of tactics. Why risk a FF for a roof that need to be cut off and rebuilt due to fire damage before the first due fig was on scene.
