I long for the day when we have orchestras like this in america. These musicians are geniuses. If I was in this audience i would be crying at the beauty both visually (Dina) and aurally. Our politicians need to get over their stupid prejudices.

No matter what the style of dance, the dancer, to qualify as being 'great' should at least have rhythm and their body should have movements that coincide with the tempo and beat of the music. This dancer, and I am not making any differentiation based on what nationality she is because this is totally irrelevant to my comment, does not have a sense of the music she is trying to dance to. She is unable to translate the 'feeling' and beauty of this wonderful music. Just my humble opinion.

dina is a slut and a whore. she can't even dance why the hell r we wasting our time on watching a slut that can't even dance.i also think that she has to go and loose some weight from her stomach. mobody wants to see fat dancing around.

Wait a minute. Westerners need do nothing mind you. I am Tsalagi (Cherokee) and I dance Raqs as well. When we dance, us "westerners" there is a lot of feeling and emotion expressed in our dance as well as those who chant or singers to accompany the drums. Please try not to sound so "right" when you are so wrong. Research or even look on here for tribes doing their dances. There is much emotion invovled. That is what makes our better dancers.

I preferred the older dancers fifi, mona, sue a zaki etc. I think Dina has a great body but her dancing just isnt great. Now for great dancers you have to go back to the dancers of the 40's and 50's
