Thanks for the explanation Swan;But still, it sounds like a red hot chilli peppers songs; where the lyrics don't make any sense.she's singing about arson, murder and insanity?? how? why? how is that a great character study??I'm not trying to be anal and i appreciate the effort; it's just that i like this song and i'm hoping that it would make sense....THX

Every pop hit in the last three decades has been nothing but commercialized bands. Unless you listen to independent labels, I doubt you listen to anything that isn't "commercialized."Some were good bands and deserved success and others were created by popularity despite a lack of talent. MCR is just terrible. It doesn't mean anything to be commercialized in a consumer culture.

Salmanito: She is singing about destruction. The line "She opened a book and a box of tools/ Sunny came home with a vengeance" refers to building a bomb. Other parts of the song refer to arson: "Dry is good and wind is better" "Strike a match go on and do it". Sunny seems to be trying to get free from something in her life that is oppressing her. She also seems to be kind of nuts. "I fly out of my mind into the fire." Great song and character study.
